Computers and terminals have been a part of the fallout series since fallout 3 and they re back yet again in fallout 4. You can either lock unlock a door with a power switch or add a remote control to a door. When i do this in fo4 it displays unlocked in the command but after i press again and press e on the terminal it still says it s locked.

Removed the ability to lock doors that loaded into new interiors caused some issues unfortunately. Unlock command not working in the previous bethesda games you would walk in front of the terminal press click the terminal and then type unlock. People keep pointing me to the store but that one is locked as well even during the day. No spoilers please i haven t even progressed the main story much yet.
