Transit Connect Doors Wont Lock

When the actuator gets the signal from the power door lock switch a small motor turns the gears.

Transit connect doors wont lock.

This happened on a 10 plate transit last year more than once. Connect one on one with 0. Please can anyone help. Try opening the rear door driver side and operate the inside handle.
