Toyota Sienna Power Sliding Doors Not Working

I have a 2005 toyota sienna xle with dual power sliding doors.

Come along as i struggle to videotape the diagnosis and fix for a 2011 toyota sienna inoperative sliding power door which won t open even when in manual mode. When the passenger side sliding door is forced open it can then be closed using the front dash switch the passenger door switch or the fob. Frayed cable the cable in the side door is prone to fraying and then breaking. The door is supposed to unlatch first before it triggers the motor to pull it open.

Recently the passenger side psd stopped working but the door can be opened and closed manually with no binding. We can think of a few common reasons.
